My name is phanlany Khamphoui; I graduated M.A. Science on Gender and Development studies at Asian Institute of Technology in May 2005.

Currently I am working at CARE International Lao PDR as Gender and Organizational Learning Coordinator. My work is to mainstream gender both within CARE Laos’s programming and the organization’s policy and procedure. In addition, my work is to gradually make CARE Laos as a learning organization, able to reflect and grow. I also act as the Project Manager; there are several projects under my responsibility. My main task is monitoring of progress of these project activities, assisting and preparing report the implementation progress reports.

I am very pleased that I can apply my knowledge that I have learnt and gained from Asian Institution of Technology.
